Breakout Coaching Programs

Each program lasts 6 months. They consist of 2 monthly coaching sessions (60 min each) ​, assignments, challenges, and contact with the coach in between.​

The price is the same for all, as well ($1300 or 6 payments of $299).

Healing Me

Inner Healing is something that a lot of women don't realize they struggle with. From daddy/mommy issues, fear of abandonment, rejection, etc, the list goes on. What I will say is that 95% of my clients have daddy issues to some degree. This program will help you with that. Through 6 stages, I'll jump in the hole with you and help you come out. 

  • Stage 1: Household

    • Let's revisit the past to see how mommy and daddy affected you and how you view the opposite sex

  • Stage 2: Habits

    • Let's evaluate the symptoms of what you picked up on. I'm sure there are patterns you're unaware of!​

  • Stage 3: SELFIE

    • I speak of self issues often. We must evaluate and then increase your self-esteem, self-worth, self-love, self-​acceptance, and finally self-respect.

  • Stage 4: Limiting Belief

    • What are the negative limiting beliefs that you have about yourself? They've held you back in some way.​

  • Stage 5: Purpose

    • Are you aware of what your purpose is in life?​ What I've realized is that a large part of the time, our pain is tied to our purpose. Let's see how God may want to use those ugly things of the past to help in your healing process. 

  • Stage 6: Re-Emerge

    • The work begins when our sessions are over and you're left to do the work. Here, I'll prepare you as you re-emerge as the healthiest version of yourself!

New Me

Based on my most popular Breakout power session, this is for the woman who's had enough of the old and is ready for the new! Let's go back and start from the beginning. From there, we can get you to the place you desire to be in love. 

  • Stage 1: Household

    • Let's revisit the past to see how mommy and daddy affected you and how you view the opposite sex

  • Stage 2: Habits

    • Let's evaluate the symptoms of what you picked up on. I'm sure there are patterns you're unaware of!​

  • Stage 3: SELFIE

    • I speak of self issues often. We must evaluate and then increase your self-esteem, self-worth, self-love, self-​acceptance, and finally self-respect.

  • Stage 4: Ideal Man & PSP

    • We know we've chosen the wrong ones, but what does the right one truly look like in your eyes? Does your "list" need some tweaking? Does it align with kingdom marriage? We'll find out as we discuss Preference Standards and Potential​

  • Stage 5: Boundaries

    • A woman with no boundaries is one that can easily be taken advantage of. Once we map out what you want, it's time to have boundaries in place so you can finally quit entertaining the counterfeits. Because seriously? Enough! ​

  • Stage 6: Positioning yourself

    • The work is done. Now, it's time to emerge and position yourself. As a woman wanting love, there are things you can do to help the process in coming across YOUR ideal man... ​

Cutting Ties

I repeat that it's imperative to cut ties because I see women bound by many things. Bad habits, sex, dead-end relationships, toxic traits, a particular man or type of man, etc. It's held them up. They've tried to break free and it hasn't worked well for them. It's time to change that. 

  • Stage 1: Identify

    • You can give it a name, but it's a lot of times tied to something that women themselves can't name. Here we'll identify what you need to cut ties from and how it's held you back​

  • Stage 2: Household

    • Let's revisit the past to see how mommy and daddy affected you and how you view the opposite sex​. In some way it's tied to that thing you're needing to cut ties with and from... 

  • Stage 3: Evaluate

    • Here we determine how it's held you back and how it's led to the repeated cycle you've been in for some time. We explore emotions and things you've unsuccessfully tried to bury... ​

  • Stage 4: Discovery (habits, traits, revisit)

    • Similar to stage 3, we take time to explore what habits you've formed and what traits you've developed all because of that thing. Let's go back. Way back! We'll revisit the past to get you answers. It's not pretty, but worth it!

  • Stage 5: Self-awareness and core identity

    • Who are you? A lot of women can't answer that question. With the core identity exercise, you'll establish that as you develop self-awareness once and for all.

  • Stage 6: Rectify (CTRL ALT DEL)

    • Closing out, we rectify the problem. It's time to hit control, alt, delete so you can make changes!​
