Luke 14:28 This 6 month start-up business coaching is for those that have an idea of what kind of business they want to start. They just don't know what the first step to take is. I help with legal, professional, and initial accountancy. We'll get you registered and filed with all entities. We'll review marketing, start-up costs, etc. M1: Initial Consultation - What's your business idea, vision, and goals? From there we come up with a plan. Let's determine what entity works best for you as we look at short and long-term goals, exploring the 5 W's of business! Because these things must be known FIRST. M2: Mastery - In order to master your business, we need to know what's required to run it. This month is about research, licensing, training, start-up costs, etc. All things to have your business running. And it's important for you to show up as the expert. So let's determine your title, message, etc so you're confident showing up in the marketplace. M3: Construction & Distribution - Start building! What's needed to get the business running? Let's create, build, formulate while we start creating a buzz about who you are and what you'll be offering. Also, how are you going to distribute your product or services? Let's look at delivery as we do more research and testing the market. M4: Perfection and Implementation - Refine, rewrite, renew. Things must be right before the release! Let's set up shop, brand, etc because things must run smoothly when you launch in a few months! M5: Marketing - A great product or service, but if you don't know how to get people registered, enrolled, and buying, then you have a hobby (not a business). Let's handle the methods in which you'll advertise to get your business in the face of YOUR ideal client. M6: Launch & Continuation - It's go-time baby! Time to announce it to the world. Before we depart, I'll ensure you're prepared to handle your business down the road. We'll have your income goals, future goals, etc. I'll ensure you know how to handle things financially going forward also. No worries! *Note that cost for services ONLY includes coaching. Client may incur other fees and charges as it pertains to licensing, registrations, products, advertising, etc. This coaching program does NOT include the cost for any other things you need to run your business! **$1899 or $325/month
